About the Prints

The fine art prints that are available in DinaMalina Illustrations Shop are reproductions of original Dina Razin digital and analogue illustrations. Some of the illustrations are personal projects, others were commissioned by clients. 

The art prints are digital prints made on a professional inkjet Canon printer and Hahnemühle FineArt InkJet paper. It is printed with archival inks that are fade-resistant, depending on the method of storage. The printing process is environmentally safe since the inks are water-based and the paper is archival and acid-free. Respectively, the print must be treated as fine art and placed away from direct sunlight, even though they are printed with long-life archival UV-safe pigmented inks.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are shipped from the US. Orders within the US generally take a few days. European orders generally take 1-4 weeks. Orders outside Europe can take 3-5 weeks.

What are the shipping costs?

We charge a variable rate shipping cost for each order based on the fees charged by USPS and the options selected. Shipping within the US costs approximately $14.  Shipping to Europe and Rest of the World might vary (depending on the country).

Why are the shipping costs so expensive?

Unfortunately sending goods by airmail or courier service from the US is expensive. This is a small and independent shop which makes shipping more expensive than when you order from a big and commercial shop. Please be assured that we always do our best to find the most cost effective and efficient way to get your order to you.

I submitted the wrong address at checkout, what can I do?

If you submitted the wrong address, please contact shop@dinamalinaillustrations.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns up to 10 days after you have received your item. Your item must be unused and in the condition it arrived in. To request a return, contact shop@dinamalinaillustrations.com with the details of your order and the reason for requesting a return. Please note that if you wish to exchange your item, it is not guaranteed we will have the new item in stock. You are responsible for all return shipping charges (with tracking code), including the shipping costs of a replacement item. Unless DinaMalina Illustrations Shop is at fault. 

If DinaMalina Illustrations Shop is at fault, for example if your item is sent in error (wrong item, wrong quantity etc.) or are defective (damaged or misprinted) we will cover shipping return and/or exchange charges. 

Please note that we are not responsible for damages, losses or delays incurred by USPS or any other shipping service. If you experience any damages, losses or other issues with shipping, please contact shop@dinamalinaillustrations.com within 10 days of receiving your order. We will see if there is anything we can do to help.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

You can always cancel your order and have it refunded before your item has shipped. Please contact shop@dinamalinaillustrations.com as soon as possible if you would like to make any changes or cancellations of your order. Your order is shipped when you have received the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Can I pick up the order at the studio?

Unfortunately you cannot pick up the order at the studio.
